Character Generation

Well now you've finally stopped drooling over all the weaponry on offer, how about creating a character so you actually stand a chance of using some of it! Don't expect any flashy Hardsuits though, I don't think Sylia's too happy with me for trashing her latest prototype last week!

Character Generation for Bubblegum Crisis is pretty simple, basically because the GM does everything for you pretty much! ^_^ You merely have to select the skills and attributes you wish your character to have and then the GM will present you with a character that is ready to game with. Just go through the following steps:

1) The Basics

Each character has 50 Points to spend on skills and attributes.

2) Pick Skills

Go to the Skills page and choose your skills. You may place up to 4 Points in any single skill.

3) Pick Attributes

You may choose any attribute you want, although the GM gets the final say. All positive Attributes either cost 1,2 or 3 Points, and Attributes which are detrimental to your character give you back 1,2 or 3 Points.

4) Assign Character Stats

Once steps 2 and 3 are done, the GM will send you 8 different Percentage (%) values. You assign these however you want in your 8 basics Stats (have a look on the Character Sheet to find them).

5) Wait for the GM to complete your character

The GM needs to calculate some of the other values for your character, so give them a couple of days to get everything sorted out, now your character should be ready!

6) Make any last minute changes and wait for Approval

Once you have a character with all their Stats, Skills and Attributes, make any last minute changes you can think of (ie correcting spelling mistakes, or minor bits of character background) then wait for the GM to approve the character.

7) E-Mail Nene your character sheet!

When you're all done, then I suppose you'd better E-Mail Little Miss Useless your sheet, otherwise she tends to get a bit stroppy. Don't bother sending the damn thing to me, I wouldn't know what to do with it!
